Teaming up with the Uganda Library Association, the programme also organizes reading camps during which children are brought together. There are kids like John that now have access to the information, the idea is turning Uganda into a reading nation.
The dificult of implement the programme are the frustrating efforts to achieve reading for all, because there are few teachers in this country. They say that Uganda needs to train more teachers to improve the education.Another dificult is the need of library and materias to the learning reading of the poor children.
A similar programme has started in Tanzania.

The PROGRAM consists in TRAINING poor children of the primary school and the teachers TO READ AND WRITE, Inviting the parents of the children TO BE PART OF THEIR education.
