1- I selected an article called "How do vegetarians get enough protein?" because i am vegetarian and i had always wanted to know if my diet is the best for my health, if i am missing something important in my diet. I think that a good diet is the basis of good heath.

3- The most important thing: my diet has a deficiency beacause i'm not eating foods that bring me a good health, if i don't eat meat and diary foods this could bring me a deficient grow and muscle mass and have a weak immune, heart and respiratory systems.
